Now we are fighting like crazy to get her home and to get these predators out of her life. So I am writing you and begging for some help. I don't want to keep you from helping the Chism’s; A court investigator came over yesterday and heard the recordings I've been collecting. I also recorded my meeting with him. He promised me that he was going directly to the court house and meeting with the judge to let her hear the recordings. He even promised me that the evidence would change things for my grandma. This morning I called him to see if an emergency hearing would be called, and he told me the judge couldn't listen to the recordings. My grandmother’s rights were completely violated before she was even found incapacitated. The attorney's that were supposed to be protecting my grandma have already spent over $60,000 in just attorney fees. She will not make it to Easter if I don't get some help, she is going downhill fast and there is nothing my family can do to help her. Please, Help Us. Linda Diane Cheatham, Helen Hales “youngest daughter” was appointed Helen Hales guardian along with her husband “Archie Cheatham” they have been buying and selling drugs out of Helen Hale’s home. Remember Linda Diane Cheatham “Helen Hales” youngest daughter is the same woman that DID NOT see either of her parents for over a decade, then came to town and forced Helen Hale into a dangerous guardianship that is now killing her. “According to other members of Helen Hale’s family”. Helen’s “temporary” guardian, in the meantime, left her home unsecured, and helped herself to as much of the Hale estate as she could get her hands on. Five of Helen’s six children united to have this guardian removed, only to get embroiled in a bitter guardianship dispute between the family who Helen has spent every waking moment with, and the youngest daughter “Linda Diane Cheatham” who hasn’t spoken to any of the family in twelve (12) years. Ronnie Goings – Helen’s son in law. He and his wife Jane, along with her sister Susan, deeded a piece of their property to the Hale’s 15 years ago for them to build their retirement home on. The property is located next door to the Goings’ residence. The plan has always been for the Hale’s to live close to the family that they love and that love them back, so when the need arose they would have the care they wanted. He will continue fighting until his mother in law is back with the family that loves her. Pete Hale – Helen’s eldest son, he also lives close by and has helped care for his mother in the past. He continues to help the family in every way possible to ensure his mother enjoys her remaining years. He will continue fighting until his mother is back with the family that loves her. David Hale – The 2nd oldest of the Hale boys. “Linda Diane Cheatham”. He has since returned home to Margarita Island, but continues to help the family fight for his mother’s life. She has been fighting to protect her mother and to restore her mother’s will to live. She has tried numerous times to show the court and court officials evidence that her mother is not in a safe environment, but she is silenced every time. She will continue fighting until her mother is back with the family that loves her. Jane Goings – Middle daughter of Helen Hale. Tom Hale – The youngest of the Hale boys. Has helped care for Helen in the past and loves his mother dearly. Tom has been an addict for most of his life. The rest of his family excluding “Linda Diane Cheatham” has always tried to help him fight the demons of his addiction. He has always been Helen’s baby. On Monday Jan. 30, 2012 he enrolled himself into a program at UT Medical Center to try and overcome his addictions once and for all. The family feels the injustice done to his mother has finally opened his eyes, and they pray he gets the help that they have wanted for him for so long. He will continue fighting until his mother is back with the family that loves her. Linda Diane Cheatham - Guardian of the person of Helen Hale, and also the youngest of the 6 siblings. After a twelve (12) year absence in her entire family’s life, without even discussing with the family applied for guardianship of the mother she was estranged from for over a decade. She now controls when the family members who have always been a part of Helen’s life are allowed to see her. There are also several recordings of Mrs. Cheatham involved in narcotics transactions happening in the home where Helen Hale is being ‘cared’ for.
